CarPro Descale Shampoo

CarPro Descale is a powerful car shampoo designed to break down built-up contamination that clogs the surface of neglected paintwork and coatings. Descale can cleanse your paintwork of tough dirt, hard water stains and so much more. This acidic shampoo will help to prepare your paintwork for polishing, degrease it afterwards, remove traffic film and so much more.

Our Thoughts

Decon washes are becoming more popular now with more and more people demanding a deeper more thorough clean, and descale is just that. Don't be put off by its acid-based formula as this is very common now and perfectly safe, as with all products, when used correctly. 

It's absolutely fine on normal unprotected paintwork and to most peoples amazement your ceramic coatings too. Most coatings we've come across over all these years have offered massive chemical resistance, fending off heavy acids and alkalines with ease, but we urge you to check this first.

How To Use CarPro Descale

1. Dilute 1:100 in your wash bucket or 1:10 in your snow foam lance
2. For light contamination: use Descale as a snow foam and allow for maximum dwell time before rinsing. Follow up with a hand wash.
   
3. For heavier contamination: wash panel by panel starting with horizontal panels. Wash the panel and allow Descale to dwell for as long as possible without letting it dry. Repeat if necessary.
4. Thoroughly rinse the vehicle down.
