Luckily we've never struggled too much with frost and ice buildup with coated glass as it seems to clear so much easier, but those times we have, we've not wanted to reach for the de-icer as to fears it may cause damage to those glass coatings.
To have a product, made by a coating manufacturer that is safe on glass coatings, as well as the surrounding areas means it's not a go-to product for us now on the cold, frosty mornings, safe in the knowledge we are doing no damage anywhere.
How To Use Gyeon Q2M DeFrost
Q2M DeFrost is a fairly straightforward product to use. Simply spray on the glass and wait a few minutes. You should see the ice melt away before your eyes, and anything that is left behind can be remove with your wipers, or a squeegee.
